We ship with both UPS and FEDex, however most of our shipments will travel via Fedex. We strive to ship all orders within 48 hours or less, and you can see the transit times within the United States on the map below, but can vary depending on bad weather conditions in certain parts of the country. In order to offer as much value to our customers as we possibly can, we off free shipping throughout the continental United States on all products sold through this website.We can ship to virtually any address in the world. If you are outside the US, simply place your order through the site and we will follow up within 24 hours with an e-mail giving you the freight charges. Once the freight charges are taken care of, we will ship your order within 24 hours.

You will receive an e-mail with a tracking number you can use to track your shipment and know when it is expected to be delivered. This e-mail will be sent to you the day your order ships.

All electric items ordered from this website originate in the US and operate on 110V systems. Most items have a 220V option, if you need to order a 220V pump or other item in a 220V configuration, simply notify us via the contact form of this website after placing your order and we will ship you the appropriate version.

Returns

We accept returns of unused items that include all original packaging. You must secure an RA (return authorization) number from us prior to sending back any items. You have 30 days from the date you accept delivery to return your item. After 30 days, no returns are accepted, however your product is covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The manufacturer requires any warranty issues to be dealt with through their contact form at Coralvue.com. We reserve the right to replace a damaged or defective part in lieu of accepting the return or refunding the cost of the entire product.
